At Next Level Collaboration Foundation, our heart is to serve and equip individuals from diverse backgrounds to grow in life and leadership, essentially equipping individuals and teams to reach their next level.
In January 2026, we relaunched with a simple mission: to provide accessible, inclusive coaching and leadership development for professionals seeking purpose, growth, and clarity, especially those from underrepresented or underserved backgrounds. At Next Level Collaboration Foundation, we believe every person has unique gifts, talents, and abilities, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential in a supportive, positive, and growth-minded environment.
As the world of work becomes more complex and human-centered, people are looking for more than just success—they want meaningful work, strong leadership skills, and continuous personal and professional development. We meet this need through high-impact coaching, DISC training, and transformational learning experiences that help individuals at every stage build confidence, strengthen communication, and lead with authenticity.
Our role is to create a safe and encouraging space where people can discover their strengths, gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and move forward with purpose, so they can grow, lead, and make a positive impact in their careers, organizations, and communities.

Smoky Luke is passionate about serving others and adding value to others. Having 15 + years of professional experience working and partnering with CEOs, directors, leaders, professionals, faculty, and students from diverse backgrounds, he brings extensive experience in teaching, coaching, training, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders on projects and partnerships. Smoky Luke also serves as Area Director with Toastmasters International Organization.
